This time Tatsiana Khiliutka, Director, Experience Design will be speaking to a service designer and UX consultant, Mila Kayukala from London, UK.
Mila is an entrepreneurial service design and research professional with a unique skill set covering human-centred design, UX research, service design methodology, digital design tools, innovation consultancy and creative facilitation combined. Mila is well-known in the service design community as one of the organisers of the annual Global Service Jams and Service Design Fringe Festival in London. She will be sharing stories about her professional development, work in areas such as Conceptual and UX Research and what service design means.
